Hi. I'm Jenn, and I'm new to blogspot. This is going to be my place to give and (hopefully) receive weight loss support and encouragement. I don't want to be anorexic, and I don't want to be a body builder; I want to be healthy and fit, and most of all happy.
I've been losing weight semi-steadily since the beginning of the year, when I was 216. Today I weigh 179. My goal weight is 160, because at 163, I would be out of the overweight BMI bracket, with my 5'8" height. I've lost the weight by following the body for life program.
I've been keeping up with my weight loss on xanga, but I've heard blogspot's weight loss community is much healthier, and as a recovered bulimic, I need that.
Wow, You have already come a very long way. Keep doing whatever it is you're doing, you are doing great!
